Zhen Bijoux was founded in Paris in 2022 with a simple vision: to reinvent pearl jewelry for the modern woman.
For generations, pearls have been associated with tradition and classic elegance. We wanted to give them a new voice—one that feels contemporary, fashionable, and effortlessly chic. A pearl should not be reserved for a jewelry box or worn only according to convention. It should move with the woman who wears it, celebrating her individuality, confidence, and freedom.
Our founder, Zhen, graduated with a Master's degree in Fashion Management from one of France's leading business schools. After years immersed in the world of fashion, luxury, and contemporary trends, she envisioned a brand that would blend French elegance with modern design, transforming pearls into jewelry that feels both timeless and relevant.

We choose pearls because they are unlike any other gem. A pearl does not need to be cut or transformed to reveal its beauty. It is naturally complete, shaped by time and nature. Each pearl possesses its own character, shape, and luster—no two are ever identical.

Each piece is handmade in France with meticulous attention to detail. From selecting and pairing pearls to designing and assembling every creation, we believe craftsmanship is an essential part of luxury. Nothing is rushed, and every piece is made with care.
The name Zhen Bijoux comes from our founder's first name. In Chinese, "Zhen" evokes the idea of a treasure, and echoes the word for pearl ("Zhen Zhu" 珍珠), a symbol of rarity, beauty, and value.
Today, Zhen Bijoux is more than a jewelry brand. It is an invitation to embrace your individuality, celebrate life's special moments, and wear pearls in a way that feels entirely your own.

Inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris, we created these earrings to express our love for Paris.

Inspired by sheaves of wheat, representing the harvest, these earrings are designed to convey our best wishes for a harvest in love and in life.
Zhen's husband's nickname is Paquerette, like Daisy in English, so she decided to create jewelry with this beautiful wild flower that can be seen everywhere in Paris, also to express her love for her husband.

Freshwater Pearls: A Unique and Beautiful Gemstone
Pearls have long been considered an elegant and sophisticated accessory, there are two types of pearls, freshwater pearls and saltwater pearls. Saltwater pearls are grown in oysters in the sea, freshwater pearls are grown in mussels in rivers, lakes, and ponds.
One of the most fascinating things about freshwater pearls is the variety of colors they come in, besides the classic white and cream colours, they can also be found from peach and pink to lavender and even black.The color of a freshwater pearl is determinated by the type of mussel it was grown in and the water conditions where it was raised.
In addition to the stunning array of colors, freshwater pearls also come in a wide range of shapes, such as round, oval, tear-drop,and even irregular shapes. No two freshwater pearls are exactly alike, which makes them a truly unique and special gemstone.
At ZHEN BIJOUX, we celebrate these natural imperfections that make each freshwater pearl so special. Our collection features a range of freshwater pearls in a variety of colours and shapes. We create stunning pieces that highlight the natural beauty of each pearl-whether it’s a delicate pendant necklace or a bold statement bracelet.
Other Materials:
14k gold filled brass and golden brass
14K gold filled brass is water resistant and will last for many years because of the thick gold on the surface of the brass core, thus it's also more expensive. This material is also anti-allergenic, nickel free.
Golden brass is affordable and can form large chunks of metal giving a more fantastic look, but it doesn't last as long as 14k gold filled brass.
For those reasons, we use both of them to create all of our collections.
